“ Was my first time at Starbucks pretty much ever, was stoked about this location being open 24 hours, but they got my order wrong ordered peppermint cocoa with an add on and got a normal one w no add ons instead They also seemed pretty unfriendly at the window, dunno if it was a bad night or what Ill probably be coming back regardless though Edit changed my 3 star to a 5 star because of the great service that was given by someone there by the name of Purple the next time I came in! Very friendly at the window, had a nice short convo and the drinks also made my night for sure Will be coming back Edit a month later Have come back quite a few times and it seems to be hit or miss here! It seems like they tend to mess up on online orders w no modifications but can do more complicated drive through orders just fine. Also, be aware of your surroundings. Had some guy nearby point a gun at my car. Stay safe! ”

“ i went to this starbucks for the first time a few weeks ago and started becoming a regular because i live in walking distance. first of all every time i have come in, the employees are absolutely incredible. every. single. one! some of them have even recognized me as a regular and asked for my name so they remember me next time. theyre all so friendly. so ive decided to branch out of my yearslong coffee order of americano with heavy cream. the most variation i would get was sometimes iced instead of hot. dont get me wrong, starbucks actually is one of my favorite places to get this, because they have bomb heavy cream that matches their espresso flavor and they get the ratio right. but i have decided to branch out and change things up. my life has turned upside down recently and ive decided to embrace it and try embrace the change. obviously i had no idea what to order after years of never even glancing at the menu. i have asked my baristas for many requests. whats your favorite drink? chestnut praline. ill try that next time. whats your favorite pastry? brownie. the brownie is one of the best. do you like chocolate? whats the best chocolate item here? chocolate croissant. i ate mine a few hours later and it was still divine. i get it. can you put cold foam on hot coffee? YES. YES YOU CAN. AND YOU SHOULD. i had the best experience with my barista yesterday. his name is Jonel. i saw him again today and i love him already!!! thank you Jonel youre the best at helping me be creative i had a free drink purchase and was about to get a tall gingerbread oat milk chai dont sleep on this one. you will regret it if you dont try it once. he said, you have a free drink! dont you wanna get venti and go crazy with it? he made my day. we crafted the best starbucks drink of my life together. venti americano, half caf, heavy cream, 5 pumps of sugar cookie syrup, and sugar cookie cold foam. i could have gone crazier, but im still taking stepping stones away from my trusty americano with heavy cream comfort drink seriously, the sugar cookie drink is... so... good. one of the baristas also recommended that to me, and they changed my life. thank you. i wish it was a staple on the menu. im going to die when it goes away. anyway, i was always on the fence about starbucks. i thought they were overhyped and i was a snob about going to local coffee shops instead of chains. well, i love supporting local. but by golly, starbucks is so much fun. it feels like going to an amusement park for adults every time you walk in. you get to build a bear but its coffee. i fell in love with the baristas here, theres always less than 3 people in front of you, service is always passable, the pastries are fantastic, and of course, the drinks are perfect. it feels like the more i customize, the better it gets each time. thank you for your time. go meet these baristas and tip them good, they deserve it. ”

“ I had a not so amazing experience next door at the 76, due to a customer. My children and I went into Starbucks, next door and there was an amazing human working. Jessica not only helped to calm my nerves but treated my children to a cake pop. She made sure we all felt safe and walked us to our car. “ This location is fast and efficient. Theyre al2ays having a good time with each other, which rubs off on the customers. Singular downside to this location is the small parking lot, but Im not gonna dock any stars because honestly this location makes drinks so fast.. its not too bad. ”

“ Best Starbucks drive thru I have been to. We arrived back late from Puerto Vallarta. Got a coffee so I could safely make the drive back. Not only grateful for the 24 hour service but they were extremely fast and had amazing customer service for it being so late. Always nice to go to an establishment where you feel appreciated as a customer. They made the coffee exceptionally as well as the treats. Highly recommend this location. ”
